Our organization's core principles, general policies, and membership guidelines

To develop society through education, sports, and social activities.

To maintain honesty, discipline, and mutual respect among all members.

To ensure equal opportunities for all regardless of religion, race, gender, or political opinion.

Individuals aged 14 years (8th grade) or above can become primary members. Membership requires an application form and committee approval.

No commercial activities shall be conducted within the organization.

All organizational activities shall be open to members. Transparency will be maintained in decision-making, and any complaints will be investigated impartially.

Organization property (books, sports equipment, etc.) cannot be used for personal purposes outside the office.

Committee meetings must be held for organizational decisions, and all members must comply with committee decisions.

Political discussion, analysis, and constructive debate are allowed; however, political activities are prohibited.

No member can take loans from the organization's capital.

Regular participation in meetings and activities is mandatory for members.

No member shall create conflict on political matters.

Members must work on behalf of the organization against social irregularities, injustice, and wrongdoing. The organization's decisions take priority even if they conflict with personal interests.

All members shall pay their dues within the specified time. Additional contributions decided through discussion for organizational operations must also be paid.

The organization will stand by members facing social problems; however, if a member is involved in wrongdoing, the organization will not be responsible or supportive.

When working with other organizations or institutions, the organization's values and policies must be maintained.
- 7
Membership will be cancelled if the organization's reputation is damaged or moral degradation occurs; such decisions will be made in committee meetings.

Tasks must be completed according to assigned responsibilities and schedules.
- 9
Any complaints should be submitted to the committee verbally or in writing. The committee will review and provide appropriate resolution.

Appropriate action will be taken if organizational discipline is violated.
